Medical Implant Test Systems for 1.5T and 3.0T
The Medical Implant Test Systems (MITS) are designed to simulate high-precision worst-case incident fields as generated by commercial 1.5 and 3.0 Tesla MR scanners. The systems combine cutting-edge technology with accuracy, versatility and user-friendliness. MITS1.5 and MITS3.0 are compatible with the latest draft of the ISO/IEC standard for Active Medical Implant Devices. Both solutions have been rigorously validated. Numerical models of the birdcage are provided. The DASY52NEO scanner supports both systems for rapid and high-precision SAR and temperature evaluations. The open user interface allows customized, automated EMC evaluations.
